SaveEVTCHRClear(xBL,x00)
Allows to save an EVTCHR slot once more in the given memory block.
Must be used before {59} SaveEVTCHR!

Memory Block : Byte (hex)
- x00 = Block 1
- x01 = Block 2
x00 : Byte (hex)
This value is always set to x00 in the original game; it probably doesn't have a function.
