Mirrors a sprite and all its animations/ETVCHR as if they were facing left instead of right, and right instead of left.

x00 : Byte (hex)
This value is always set to x00 in the original game; it probably doesn't have a function.
Mirror : Byte (hex)
- x00 = Do not mirror Sprite
- x01 = Mirror Sprite
