Unknown. Only ever used inside {49} AddUnitStart + {4A} AddUnitEnd blocks. Outside of those blocks, seems to simulate a brief Wait period. High tendency to break the game when {43} CallFunction(x06) is used afterwards. Even though the original game achieves this without crashing, the procedure is unknown.
