This SDK contains far too many tools to describe how each one works, and sadly as nearly every program will not work on 32/64-bit systems, they cannot be used on a modern Windows OS. You should however be able to run them in a virtual machine.
The following folders are included:
- Psxsdk
- Codewarrior
- PsyQ
- PsyQ64
- Yaroze
Depending on your needs, it might be better to simply browse http://www.psxdev.net/downloads.html for what you need and documentation.
