FocusSpeed(+SPEED)
Sets the traveling speed for the camera instruction using Focus' settings.

Speed is ~100 frames per tile using 00001.
- 00001: 100 frames / 1.666 seconds per tile
- 00005: 20 frames / 0.333 second per tile
- 00020: 5 frames / 0.083 second per tile
- 00050: 2 frames / 0.033 second per tile
