CD File System Structure

The FFT CD follows the following formats:
Each sector is 2352 bytes long, with 2048 bytes of data.
Sector 22 includes the ISO 9660 file data for the root directory.
The sectors at the root of each folder contain the ISO 9660 data for those folders, ex. sectors 9550-9600 contain the ISO 9660 data for the files in the MAP folder.
