Allows the ability to be learned "Blue Mage style" after being hit by the ability, surviving, begin able to react and being in a job that can can learn the corresponding ability. Chance in % to learn is determined by Chance to Learn.
Due to the need of being able to react, Learn on Hit is thus hindered by the statuses of Blood Suck, Petrify, Confusion, Berserk, Stop, Sleep, Don't Act, Frog, Charm and, of course, Dead (and Crystal and Treasure).
Frog, however, is a curious case. While a unit will be able to Learn on Hit a technique that Frogs them, they will be able normally Learn on Hit the same technique if it un-Frogs them (and doesn't impose any of the aforementioned other detrimental statues).
